The Golf Ball Collector and Dispenser is very easy to assemble.
1. You will need approximately 80cm of 40mm class 9 PVC pipe with a 48mm outer diameter and 2.1-2.5mm wall thickness. A sample piece is included with your kit.
2. Assemble your collector by installing the collector fingers into the collector body
Take each of the 5 fingers
Insert them into the slots on the collector body
Make sure to orient the finger the correct way
3. Press fit the pre-assembled dispenser and collector onto the ends of the PVC pipe. DO NOT GLUE.
4. Adjust the dispenser to allow smooth dispensing of balls, it may require adjusting the dispenser to be offset to the collector. Once you are a 100% happy you can glue them into position or leave them unglued if you prefer. If you do decide not to glue then if the balls start getting stuck at the entrance to the dispenser it may be because the dispenser has moved away from the pipe end, push back in and it should work smoothly again.
